Holiday Hill encourages all staff members to strive for excellence. We reward our outstanding staff members with the Impact Player of the Month achievement. To earn the Impact Player achievement, an employee must lead the way for others by setting the example of dedication, hard work, and dependability. Our Impact Players are people we can look up to and count on at all times. The Impact Player of the Month epitomizes what Holiday Hill stands for in the Coleman Community – someone who truly makes an impact on the world around them.

Impact Player of the Month for October 2010

Jerry Hubbard, Bus Driver Extraordinaire.

Impact Player for October 2010 for Team Holiday Hill is Jerry Hubbard. Jerry is one of those employees that always seems happy. He is very knowledgeable about his job and is extremely conscientious about how he takes care of our residents here at Holiday Hill. Mr. Hubbard always has positive input on how to make his job better. Presenting his award is his supervisor, Rick Turner, Plant Operations Manager.

Impact Player of the Month for September 2010

Paige Barnett, Certified Nurse Aide, Allen Center

Paige has been with Holiday Hill only a short time. She went through our last Nurse Aide class in February and became Certified in March. Ms. Barnett is one our rapidly rising stars and works in our Alzheimer’s Memory Care Center, The Allen Center. When asked what she liked most about working here she stated, “I like it when I put a smile on their face.” So true Paige.
